Investors in our oil and gas offerings have experienced significant cash-on-cash returns coupled with the major tax advantages associated with oil and gas investments. Investors with IGM have obtained the benefits of investment in a fully-integrated oil and gas company that
(1) owns extensive proven developed oil and gas reserves
(2) is staffed with full-time experienced oil and gas petroleum engineers serving as executive management and officers of the company
(3) owns and operates its own oil and gas drilling rigs and equipment, and (4) is at the forefront of current geological discoveries in the Appalachian basins such as the Marcellus black shale and Oriskany sandstone developments that we are exploiting
Interstate Gas Marketing obtains capital investment from investors only on a personal one-on-one basis with investors that we deal with individually. Interstate Gas Marketing does not conduct public offerings or general solicitations of investment capital. No sales of oil and gas investments are made by Interstate Gas Marketing until after the suitability of a potential investor has been determined and after the suitability and accredidation standards of the investor are determined. Interstate Gas Marketing offers investment in oil and gas drilling operations only through private placement memorandums prepared in conjunction with offerings that the company organizes from time to time.
